The Phoenix Street Transportation Department reminds you that, while floods are the most common and widespread of all natural disasters and the monsoon storms common in the Valley can produce flash flooding in minutes, homeowners’ policies do not cover flood damage. Contact your insurance agent for information on flood insurance.
